Hey everyone! Xander and Elijah started baseball. Their second game was this past Saturday. Xander is the team goofball. Elijah tries really hard to tag as many players out as possible and even chases them down on the way to home. It is non-competitive so there is no catcher. The coach pitches to each kid three times and then the batter gets to hit off of the T. Both Elijah and Xander have hit some from a pitch.

Xander is doing really well at wearing his glasses. They must make a huge difference in his vision. Yesterday at church was the first time most of his friends saw his glasses. Most asked why he was wearing glasses.

Yesterday was Easter. The Easter Bunny brought baseball hats for everyone (except Jared who already had one). Maxwell got a Cardinals hat- the National Champions and the best team. The rest of us got Diamondback hats- the second best team. Maxwell and Elijah also got Doodle Monsters. I asked Maxwell if he liked his doodle monster he responded, "Yeah, he likes me." Xander got 5 $1 bills. His first thing he said was that he wanted to give $1 to the Bishop so he put it in his scripture bag for church.

When Maxwell ran out for the morning Easter Egg Hunt he squealed, "There are hats in our baskets!" Xander later yelled out, "This is so fun!"

I get to go to Salt Lake for a day to see Alyssa before she enters the MTC. I am so excited.
