Butter
25 sandwich cookies (I used Candy Cane Joe-Joe's)
16 oz Neufchatel Cheese (by the cream cheese), softened
2 eggs
Semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter 9x13 pan.
2. Process cookies and press into 9x13 to form crust.
3. Beat cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
4. Bake 30 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set. Cool.

Sara... my long lost friend

Hey you, amazing who you can find on the internet. How are things going? It looks like you have your hands full too. I can not believe I haven't talked to you in so so so so long. Let me know what is up these days. I can't wait to hear from you, Sara!!!!!!

Long time friend!

Sara, I'm so excited to have found you. I've been wondering what you are up to for so long. I had my mom research Ashlee's maiden name (I love that my mom works with marriage licenses) and thanks to google and someone's blog that linked to Ashlee's, we found her. Which I knew meant I could find you! Where are you at? What are you up to? There's lots of links to blogs on my blog (Lindsay, Anna Paget, Katie Rees, etc). Check it out! So thankful you have a blog, I'll have to read up (when I'm not at work). Oh this is so awesome! Happy Day, Ariane
