This morning Maxwell climbed into my bed. I like to tease him and he is the super, happy perky morning type. I said, "I'm going to give you a kiss attack!" He squealed, "No, don't! and then after a slight pause happily dared me to, "Do it!"

The boys did great last quarter. They got all MDs (equivalent to an A). Elijah said that the quarter had been really rough. Apparently a boy told him he couldn't be friends with Elijah because he had too many friends already so Elijah cannot play with him at recess. The hard part is that one of Elijah's good friends does play with this kid and so Elijah doesn't feel like he has anyone to play with at recess.

We practiced him saying in a shruggy sort of way, "That's not cool" with a walkaway if any other kid says that to him.

The boy told Elijah that he even has "friends" across the country that he plays Wii with. We explained to Elijah that those aren't real friends and I told Elijah using that logic I have over 1200 friends because of an Online game I play.

Hopefully this quarter goes better for Elijah. Jared and I could tell something was going on last quarter but Elijah wouldn't talk about it.
