Offer #3 : Update #2

Tentatively we have the house. The close date is tentatively set for September 30th or thereabouts. I will be running the signed addenda to the original contract as provided by the seller to our Realtor and the seller should be signing the completed thing tomorrow. We will be doing the inspection, appraisal, and proving insurability of the property over the next 10 days. Pretty crazy.

We both realized that even though this house didn't have a 3 car garage or pool we had to remember that it was really our starter home and that we didn't need everything we wanted but were getting way more than we needed.

This sounds pretty exciting.
