We finally managed to get in!

This morning Jared and I again drove out to the house with the promise from the Seller's Agent that he had finally provided us with the right code. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 large common rooms (downstairs), upstairs laundry, brand-new appliances (even the built-in microwave), a grass backyard with a sprinkler system, 2 air conditioners with multi-zones for heating and cooling, laminate flooring downstairs, upgraded new carpet in all the bedrooms, 4 walk-in closets, under stairs closet, walk-in pantry, and an additional linen closet. My dream is that one day we will have 2 super large square tables in the kitchen for eating. I would also like to add a work island in the kitchen as well. I took a bunch of pictures so hopefully Jared will get them on to Facebook sometime.

Our agent thinks he will have the contract back from the seller's by Friday or Monday and then our 10 days will officially begin.

It feels like such a contest to buy a house, I can't believe we may have actually won! I think the fact that the Seller's Agent is a bit dim and that we are probably the only ones who managed to get into the house really helped us. You can move around the map Jared posted earlier and see the huge park we are within feet of with bike paths, backstop, soccer field, etc.

I hope you can get this one.

I hope you can get this one. You've had lots of twists and turns in this house searching, so I'm sure you'll be so happy when you actually get one. I love hearing about your boys, especially since getting to know them better this summer.
